iPhone UI Sizes Quick Reference Card

This card has the same info from the Sizes of iPhone UI Elements page: heights for the status bar, tab bar and tab icons, navigation bar and nav icons, overall screen size, and the heights of different views (such as the height under the status bar, height between a navigation bar and a tab bar, etc.)

The card also shows all of the icon sizes needed for your app, including iTunes artwork, app icons (standard and high-resolution) and Spotlight/Settings icons (standard and high-res), as well as sizes for iPad app icons.

On the back of the card is a guide to keyboard heights (in both portrait and landscape), plus code to animate moving the underlying views when the keyboard appears/disappears.

There's also a reference to table view cell and header sizes, toolbar sizes, and code for moving and resizing views, with examples for CGRectMake, CGPointMake, and setFrame.
